1. This Return and Exchange policy shall only be applicable for BuyLah Online Store (www.buylah.com.my) only;
2. Return/Exchange of Products or refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the Product is different from the Order delivered.
The returned (exchanged) goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. BuyLah.my will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund or exchange within 14 working days after the confirmation. We will reimburse the refund amount as store credit or coupon code and customers may also provide bank details if need refund to bank account.
